Clients Say

After my first class I felt that it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I joined both the weekly mixed group and women’s weekly group.  Karen is an exceptional instructor and her approach and deliverance to self defense is thorough. Training with her has made me confident and more aware of my potential and environment and had a profound effect on my decision to train as a KMG instructor myself.  Karen maintains the highest standards according to the regulations of KMG Global.

I have thoroughly been enjoying Krav Maga training at the club. The physical workout is great while the self-defense techniques learnt are very interesting.  Learning about how different body postures and movements contribute to various physical outcomes has been really eye-opening.   I have learnt a lot and can highly recommend anyone learn Krav Maga. I have found myself slowly developing a greater overall sense of confidence.  The quality of training is fantastic and the trainers are very accommodating of one’s level of ability. I have really appreciated their input.

It didn’t take long before I felt a scent of determination.  It gives you motivation for general self-improvement.  After every class I feel like I have grown and I have learnt something.  I feel more self-confident, like I am training to be the warrior in my own world.  Perhaps I can protect another one day.  You feel empowered.  I’d say Krav Maga is not only good for your physical health (as you realize you have muscles you didn’t know you have) but it is also good for mental and emotional health.  This is not a mindless skill, this is your mind and body working together.  Its cunning.  It will become a skill that is there when you need it to be there.  In sort I have fallen in love with Krav Maga.  I highly recommend it and I am totally addicted in the most positive and healthy way.  Krav Maga isn’t a game, its real.
